About the wall

The internet needs more dogs.

Why we built a quiet, community-made photo wall with no accounts and no comments.

Pictures of Dog is a public collection shaped by people who stop for a good dog photo.

We made it because most photo feeds ask for too much: an account, a profile, a following, an opinion. This one asks for a photo. Browse for as long as you like, tap a heart, save a favorite, or add one of your own.

One wall, two front doors

Pictures of Dog and Pictures of Cat share the same simple idea while keeping each collection focused. A dog uploaded on the dog site stays with the dogs. A cat uploaded on the cat site stays with the cats.

What matters here

  1. 01

    The photo comes first

No follower counts, comment threads, or profile pages compete with it.

  2. 02

    Privacy stays small

There are no public accounts. Location and camera metadata are removed during processing.

  3. 03

    People stay in control

Clear review and removal paths are available from every photo page.

Pictures of Dog

A dog wall fills up outdoors. Most uploads come from a walk, a park or a beach, shot one-handed while the other hand holds a lead, so the collection skews wide, bright and slightly out of focus in the best way.

Why the dog side stays separate

Keeping dogs on their own domain means the sort order, the collections and the review notes are all about dogs. A mixed feed lets the loud action frames crowd out everything else.

What people send in

Trail photos, wet dogs, a shepherd mid-yawn, and the twelfth attempt at the same jump. We publish the frame, not a profile, so nobody has to explain why they took it.

An archive that keeps turning over

Dogs hand you a new frame every few seconds, so the wall moves quickly. Older photos never disappear, but the top of the feed usually belongs to whatever went up this week.

Add one to the wall
